These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the TORQADORN Ambassador Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you (“Ambassador”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.
1.2. You must have an active social media presence and align with the values and branding of TORQADORN.
1.3. Participation is subject to approval by TORQADORN.
2. Program Benefits
2.1. Ambassadors may receive:
- Discounts on TORQADORN products.
- Free clothing or accessories.
- Invitations to exclusive events.
- Opportunities for paid collaborations (subject to separate agreements).
2.2. Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Ambassador Responsibilities
3.1. Ambassadors agree to:
- Promote TORQADORN on their social media platforms.
- Create high-quality content featuring TORQADORN products.
- Comply with all branding guidelines provided by TORQADORN.
- Disclose their relationship with TORQADORN as per Indian advertising laws
3.2. Ambassadors must not engage in: - Hate speech, discrimination, or any conduct that may harm TORQADORN’s reputation.
4. Content Ownership and Usage Rights
4.1. All content created under the Program becomes the exclusive property of TORQADORN upon submission or publication.
4.2. TORQADORN retains the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute this content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes in perpetuity, without any further approval or compensation to the Ambassador.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. Ambassadors must not disclose confidential information related to TORQADORN, including upcoming products, campaigns, or other proprietary information.
6. Termination
6.1. TORQADORN reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
6.2. Ambassadors may withdraw from the Program by providing written notice to TORQADORN.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. TORQADORN is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in the Program or use of its products.
8. Compliance with Laws
8.1. Ambassadors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including those governing advertising and influencer marketing in India.
9. Independent Contractor Relationship
9.1. Participation in the Program does not create an employer-employee relationship.
9.2. Ambassadors act as independent contractors and are solely responsible for their tax obligations.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi].
11. Amendments
11.1. TORQADORN reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
11.2. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes and must agree to continue participation.
12. Entire Agreement
12.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Ambassador and TORQADORN regarding the Program.
By applying for or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
