- Please be aware that purchases can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, after which your order piece goes into production & that makes it impossible for us to cancel/refund your order.
- If you wish to cancel your purchase & are able to do so within 24 hours of placing the order, we will notify you by email once we’ve processed your refund, in case of prepaid orders (usually within 48 hours).
- This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method.
- Please note that since Torqadorn is a bespoke luxury brand offering customised ensembles to its clients, we do not accept any returns/ exchange requests beyond 24 hours of the product being delivered to you.
- In the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with your purchase/our service, you may write to us at email@example.com with your grievance within 24 hours of receiving the Torqadorn will not entertain any grievance mails post 24 hours of order delivery.
